Rates are in NZD and include all taxes

1 Bedroom villa - $635/night

2 Bedroom villa - $695/night for a couple;
$80/pp extra (4 persons max in 2 bedroom)

$150 for Early Check In, $150 for Late Check Out

Our cancellation policy

All bookings cancelled within 45 days prior to date of arrival receive a full refund.

All bookings cancelled within 21 days prior to date of arrival receive a 50% refund; or a refund if we are able to resell the villa.

For all bookings cancelled within 14 days prior to date of arrival, we will advise refunds on basis of room being resold.

No show - full charge.
